ANGLE DOUBLE-BLADE SAW UPD 100SK
Thanks to the new technical design and the sawing method by means of two circular saws, which are mutually in the perpendicular position, the UPD 100SK angle saw has several strengths in comparison with conventional methods of wood sawing and processing:
- higher utulisation is achieved by high variability at sawing the roundwood and thus minimising the waste
- the variability of sawing of fixed roundwood allows sawing of section of various dimensions by means of radial as well as tangential cuts without need to turn by 90 °
- cutting precision of +/- 0,1 mm is achieved by means of the rigidity of the machine frame and by means of the advantage of the track carriage for fixing of roundwood
- movement of blades can be selected with the precision of +/- 0,1 mm via a terminal of a SIEMENS control system
- high quality of surface finishing of section is achieved by means of using of quality saw blades with SK plates and with plane blades
- quick replacement of cutting tools
- easy installation of the saw
- easy maintaince of the saw
Cut parameters, it means the mutual position of a saw, are controlled by a computer via a control board.
Two people are required to operate the saw.
n accordance with customer´s requirements it is possible to deliver UPD 100SK with a track length of 12m, 18m, 24m or to extent the track by one 3m module.
